When you submit a purchase request, appointment request, or contact form, Luka Therapy receives the name, phone number, optional email, and request details you provide. We use these details to respond, confirm availability, and arrange your request. No online payment is collected through these forms.

Keep your request simple

Please do not include medical history, diagnoses, payment card details, or other sensitive information in website forms. Contact our team directly if you need to discuss a private concern.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in our database and are accessible to authorized administrators. Product media is stored using Amazon S3. We retain requests while needed to handle the inquiry and our related business records. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Optional marketing measurement

If Meta Pixel is enabled, you may allow or decline marketing measurement using the privacy choices control. Before you allow it, the site does not load Meta Pixel. Once allowed, Meta can receive shop page visits and successful purchase-request events, along with browser and connection information. For priced, non-demo orders, the thank-you page reports a Purchase event after the request is saved, including the saved product total and KES currency. This measures order submissions, not payments collected. We do not send your contact details, form contents, or product names with this event, and advanced matching is off. Demo products, price-on-request inquiries, cancelled orders, and repeat visits do not create a new Purchase event. A private confirmation cookie lets this browser view its latest order for 24 hours; receipt tokens are not put in the URL. Meta may limit event processing for health and wellness businesses. You can withdraw your choice at any time; this stops future events but does not recall data already sent.
